The Process

Before

My booking is done entirely online! All I need from you is a 50% deposit and a signed contract. Before your session, we’ll discuss details including date, time, and location. Weather will be checked regularly, and time of session varies based on the season!

During the Session

We’ll spend a few minutes introducing ourselves, and start with some basics! Once we start to warm up - we get to have fun! I focus on capturing real smiles, and trying non traditional posing.

After

Yay! The best part. You will be emailed a link to your online gallery. You have the freedom to print wherever you please. Turnaround time varies from 7 - 14 days depending on the size of the gallery and the time of year!

FAQs

  • Do you travel?

    • Yes! I do have a travel fee based off mileage for locations outside of Shiawassee County and Ingham County.

  • Are pets allowed in photos?

    • Yes! I do ask that you plan ahead. Some public spaces have restrictions for bringing pets. It is also extremely helpful if you bring an extra person to take care of your pet when it’s time for photos without them.

  • What to do if it rains/ weather is not permitting?

    • You know Michigan… It’s a toss up! I try to be flexible when weather interrupts us. Typically, we will be in communication in the days leading up to your session. We will make the final call to reschedule about 12-24 hours before your session.

  • Do you offer props?

    • I am a big believer that all we need is nature and a neutral blanket! I encourage you to bring meaningful/ significant items to your session to incorporate into photos, however, I do not provide props. (I do provide a neutral blanket!)
